简历介绍

王淑萌,男,研究员,博士生导师。中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,荣获“中国化学会高分子青年学者奖”和“中国化学会朱道本有机固体青年创新奖”。1987年出生于山东省淄博市,2010年毕业于山东大学获得理学学士学位,2016年毕业于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所获得理学博士学位。主要致力于有机/高分子印刷显示材料与器件研究,发展了具有“扭曲结构、非共轭结构”的两类高分子发光材料体系,研发出“高分子型和树枝型”两种空穴传输材料,开拓出“水平分子取向器件、热活化延迟荧光敏化器件、激基复合物主体器件”等三类溶液加工型器件结构,实现了高分子热活化延迟荧光材料外量子效率的突破,通过了高分子空穴传输材料工业应用评价并达到国外同类产品水平,连续创造并保持溶液加工型窄谱带蓝光器件外量子效率和白光器件功率效率的两项国际纪录,达到蒸镀型器件水平。作为第一/通讯作者发表学术论文39篇,获授权中国发明专利37项;作为负责人主持国家科技重大专项课题、国家基金委项目、国家重点研发计划揭榜挂帅项目子课题、中国科学院和吉林省项目等8项。

印刷OLED显示技术是新一代高品质、低成本、大面积显示技术,代表着未来显示技术的发展方向,但是关键材料与墨水被国外公司技术垄断,成为威胁产业链安全的“卡脖子”难题。研发出印刷OLED显示器件的关键功能层材料-高分子空穴传输材料,成功地通过了工业应用评价验证,被TCL华星光电技术有限公司纳入供应链体系。
