1975年生，湖南隆回人,研究员,博士生导师。1999年毕业于燕山大学，获学士学位；2005年毕业于中科院长春应化所获理学博士学位。2009年晋升为副研究员, 2013年晋升为研究员,2015年被聘为博士生导师。从事一线测试技术研究及应用，涉及领域为原子光/质谱及离子色谱分析、分析仪器及关键部件研制、超高纯物质分离分析与制备。已在JAAS、Talanta、Spectrochimica Acta B等期刊上发表第一作者和通讯作者论文50余篇；作为项目负责人和骨干承担国家自然科学基金、重大专项、中科院仪器功能开发项目、吉林省基金、973课题、十一五科技支撑计划以及企业委托项目等数十项。是中国稀土学会理化检验专业委员会副秘书长、全国原子光谱应用专业委员会委员、广东省稀土标准化委员会委员、吉林省分析测试协会理事以及《分析测试学报》、《光谱学与光谱分析》、《岩矿测试》和《Atomic Spectroscopy》编委。
