1、 农用营养型高吸水树脂
应用含膨润土和复合无机填料降低高吸水性树脂的成本45%左右,并在聚合过程中引入氮、磷、钾等农作物所需的营养元素,在后处理时采用腐殖酸对高吸水树脂进行后处理。腐殖酸中含有大量的肥料,可满足农作物前期生长的需要。研制的农用营养型高吸水树脂符合国家标准要求,并在吉林等地做了大量推广应用试验,在果树上应用1300公顷,增产20%以上;在玉米上推广5万亩,增产9.8%。
2、 有机高分子吸湿材料
有机高分子吸湿材料是一种新型的功能高分子材料,它具有优异的吸湿、保湿功能,是一种经化学与物理方法改性的高分子材料,有机高分子吸湿材料吸收空气中水分的能力远大于无机吸湿材料,吸湿容量可达70%以上,吸湿速度达7mg/g·min,且无腐蚀、无污染,并可再生。可满足各种工况条件对吸湿材料的使用要求。经过多年的努力,开发了不同体系的吸湿剂产品,具有成熟的聚合、加工、后处理工艺,形成了微粒状、膜状、蜂窝状的吸湿产品。
