1、聚乳酸产业化
突破了聚乳酸产业化过程中的系列关键科学与技术问题,取得了多项创新性成果。建成了1.5万吨/年聚乳酸生产线并实现满产运行,产品指标全面达到国际主流水平,其中旋光纯度和熔点更高,耐热和耐老化性能更优。开发了30余个牌号的聚乳酸专用树脂,覆盖了挤片、注塑、吹膜、纺丝和3D打印等领域。作为第一起草单位主持制定了聚乳酸国家标准(GB/T 29284-2012)。
2、可吸收支架
基于可吸收消化道支架材料应用要求,从分子结构角度设计聚乳酸基共聚物材料,开发了可吸收聚酯材料的共聚合工艺,实现百公级量产,产品指标完全满足可植入医疗器械要求。相比于现有介入治疗的非可吸收塑料医疗器械,强度更高、综合力学性能更佳。通过比较不同成型工艺条件下制品性能,设计并开发了高强度可吸收支架的制备工艺,探索增强材料技术方法,实现高强度、高韧性、降解时间可控的消化道支架样品制备。
