1、基于核酸适配体的新型生物诊断试剂的开发与应用
我们主要以新型小分子芳环化合物为检测探针,利用探针分子的集聚及解集聚作用(可控自组装特性),和核酸适配体的高特异性识别能力,针对与HIV、肿瘤等人体重大疾病密切相关的蛋白质(如HIV TAT蛋白、PDGF)、酶(如与老年痴呆相关的乙酰胆碱酯酶、与癌症相关的碱性磷酸酶)等,构建了多种靶物质的高灵敏检测新方法,并设计开发了相关诊断试剂及诊断试剂盒。
