传统的电化学发光分析方法需要至少两个电极,进行多个样品分析则需要使用电极阵列。我们基于电阻诱导电势差的原理,通过在一个具有一定电阻的薄膜电极上粘贴多孔的板,即可使用一个电极实现大量样品的同时分析。该技术经进一步研究可用于高通量免疫分析及核酸分析等。
