陈全，男，1981年出生，本科和硕士毕业于上海交通大学，于2011年在日本京都大学取得工学博士学位，之后赴美国宾州州立大学继续博士后深造，于2015年回国成立独立课题组，在长春应化所高分子物理与化学国家重点实验室任研究员、博士生导师。研究主要集中于高分子物理和流变学。陈全于2015年当选中国流变学学会专业委员会委员;于2016年获美国TA公司授予Distinguished Young Rheologist Award（1-3人／年），同年入选国家海外高层次人才引进计划项目;2017年获得基金委优青项目资助;2019年获日本流变学会赏（1-2人／年），同年当选高分子学科委员会委员。现任Nihon Reoroji Gakkaishi (日本流变学会志)和高分子学报编委会成员。
