简历介绍

  1970年2月生于吉林九台。中国科学院长春应用化学研究所研究员,博士生导师。1993年7月毕业于吉林工学院,获学士学位;2000年7月毕业于天津大学,获硕士学位;2006年12月毕业于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,获博士学位。2008年8月在中国科学院长春应用化学研究所工作,现任“生物降解高分子材料功能化和高值化改性”课题组组长。主要从事生物降解高分子材料的共混改性与成型加工、功能化和高值化改性的研究。2009年,在国内率先开展高韧性高透明聚乳酸吹塑薄膜及制袋技术的研究与开发。作为课题负责人先后承担了工信部1项、中国科学院科技服务网络计划2项;参与863等计划项目1项。近年来发表论文100多篇,申请发明专利43项,其中授权20项。专业方向为“生物降解高分子材料改性与加工”和“结晶动力学”。

重大成果:

1、生物降解吹塑薄膜专用树脂及其膜袋制品产业化制备技术

选择生物降解高分子材料及助剂,利用反应加工原理,共混后通过双螺杆挤出机造粒,通过不同共混组成,制备满足不同应用需求的吹膜专用树脂,再使用吹膜机通过吹膜工艺制备薄膜,经印刷、制袋、热合、裁切等工艺控制,制备购物袋、快递袋、垃圾袋、服装袋、面包袋、气泡袋等膜袋制品,已获得完整的低成本膜袋制品全流程产业化制备技术,产品具有工艺简单,应用范围广的特点,可满足多种市场需求,具有重大的经济效益和环保意义。

2、完全生物降解淋膜树脂及纸塑复合材料的制备技术

选择聚乳酸等生物降解高分子材料及助剂,利用反应加工原理,共混后通过双螺杆挤出机造粒制备生物降解淋膜专用树脂,再使用流延机通过淋膜工艺,选择不同的纸张制备淋膜纸塑复合材料,将纸塑复合材料应用于一次性水杯、方便面桶、食品药品包装袋、医疗卫生外敷用品。已获得完整的淋膜树脂及纸塑复合材料的全流程产业化制备技术,创造了一定的经济效益。产品具有工艺简单,无毒无味的特点,具有广泛的应用范围。

3、生物降解片材专用树脂及吸塑制品的制备技术

选择聚乳酸及其它生物降解高分子材料及助剂,共混后通过双螺杆挤出机造粒制备生物降解片材专用树脂,通过不同共混组成及片材挤出工艺分别获得耐热片材、低成本片材以及透明高韧性片材,再通过吸塑、裁切等工艺控制制备一次性耐热餐盒、低成本超市用蔬菜盒、酸奶杯、水杯、雪糕盒等制品,已获得完整的片材专用树脂及吸塑制品的全流程产业化制备技术,产品具有工艺简单,无毒无味的特点,具有广泛的应用范围。
