1、万吨级异戊二烯单体-稀土异戊橡胶全链条生产技术
稀土异戊橡胶其结构和性能与天然橡胶最为接近,被称为“人工合成天然橡胶”,是天然橡胶最理想替代胶种。异戊二烯单体是其中最为关键反应原料。团队首创烯醛气相一步法制备低成本、高纯度异戊二烯10万吨/年单体工艺技术,同时自主开发催化剂、聚合、凝聚和后处理技术为核心3万吨级工艺技术包,实现技术转移和转化,在山东建成3万吨/年工业化装置,实现销售额4亿元,首次成功应用于100%替代国产天然橡胶的全钢载重子午线轮胎。
2、特种仿生橡胶合成技术
团队利用人工仿生合成途径制备飞机轮胎用特种仿生橡胶材料,性能指标达到同类特级进口天然橡胶水平,同时攻克了关键核心科学问题和工程化难题,形成了全套产业化技术。该技术可以解决我国由于自然条件所限而无法通过种植特种橡胶树提取高标号天然橡胶的难题,所合成的仿生橡胶具备高抗冲、大承载、高耐磨、低生热等性能,为飞机轮胎提供关键材料和技术支撑。
3、万吨级绿色轮胎用稀土顺丁橡胶技术
稀土顺丁橡胶是当代不同催化体系顺丁橡胶系列中最具特色且性能全面的品种,具有链结构规整度高、自粘性好、其加工和物理机械性能优异等特点,是低滚阻、高耐磨、抗湿滑的高性能绿色轮胎用橡胶必备材料,对降低轮胎行业污染、提高利润率、满足欧盟轮胎标签法及实现出口均具有重要意义。目前已成功开发5万吨级全套工业化生产技术工艺包,并应用于万吨级工业化生产装置。产品的各项性能均优于目前性能最好的德国朗盛产品。
