1、中药药效物质基础研究新方法开发及应用
针对中药药效物质基础研究的关键技术瓶颈问题,基于中药作用特点,创新性地提出了“体外-体内”化学物质组逐层递进关联分析策略,超滤-质谱联用分析方法、微透析-质谱联用分析方法及靶向网略药理学方法,并将上述方法成功应用于中药新药研发和中药大品种二次开发,实现了中药及其复方体外-体内化学轮廓的快速剖析、中药活性成分的高通量筛选及中药体内过程和作用机制的集成分析。自主研发的2个中药新药已获得临床批件并转化。
2、功能化探针电喷雾电离源研制
通过设计加工探针尖端高压电离装置和气体离子热辅助气聚集装置,结合取样探针功能化修饰,成功开发了一种功能化探针电喷雾电离源。该离子源不仅可以进行原位、活体取样分析,并且可以进行单细胞分析,相关成果已经申请实用新型专利和发明专利。
