1. 功能化电极界面的研究--从化学修饰到自组装(2007年国家自然科学奖二等奖)
开拓界面修饰、自组装和表征方法。在国内率先开展了化学修饰电极(CMEs)研究。从分子水平设计并拓展在金上,特别是在碳上单层和多层分子及纳米膜的二维、三维有序组装;在国内最早开展光透光谱电化学原位表征技术和方法研究;理论上,提出研究不稳定体系电催化的流体动力学理论和方法;提出化学修饰超微电极的电催化理论和模型;应用上,发现导电聚合物氧化还原中伴随离子的掺杂/去掺杂,首创一类新型电化学传感器,并成功用于药物电控制释放。
2. 纳米材料和微纳米结构界面电化学/生物电化学
提出了多种可控合成和有序自组装方法,建立界面表征方法并开发功能;将生物计算引入分析化学,推动智能传感器的发展;瞄准新兴的二维结构石墨烯的优异特性,建立制备石墨烯的绿色新途径,揭示杂化石墨烯的新功能并开拓应用;进一步研究和发展适配体、DNA及生物大分子识别,反应过程动力学,生物燃料电池以及纳米酶等,预示了在能源、环境和生命科学中的应用前景;
3. 水质监测研究
突破国际上BOD5法(五天才能测出结果)的困难,首创生化需氧(BOD)原位在线监测方法和装置。与吉林光大企业合作,研制出全套水质参数监测仪,成功在全国范围多个站点推广应用;建立了基于原位培养微生物膜反应器的快速BOD检测方法,针对地表水、生活污水等已开发出不同测量模式及测量范围的工程化样机,并已在国内8个试验现场进行应用研究。
